Large Pipe Belt Conveyor System of Rizhao Lanshan Port Iron Ore Conveying Project which designed and general contracting for construction by our company. This system project starts from the Fangxin Huitian area behind the Lanshan Port 9# and 11# berths, and the terminal point is the stockyard of Rizhao Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Pipe belt conveyors pass along railways, tank farms, freight stations, roads, beaches, pine forests, and residential areas. The total length of the conveyor is approximately 11 kilometers. The system consists of a complex building, yard, reclaimers, three pipe belt conveyors and three fixed belt conveyors, etc., with a total investment of nearly 500 million yuan. The diameter of the pipe belt conveyor is 500 mm, the belt speed is 5m/s, the maximum single-drive power is 4*1150KW, and the total length is 8.6 km; the belt width of common belt conveyor is 1600 mm, the belt speed is 3.15, and the total length is 2.4 km. The processing capacity is 5500 t/h and the annual transportation capacity is 20 million tons. The system is the largest pipe belt conveyor in Asia with the most comprehensive capacity at present.
