To reduce the work intensity and cost of daily maintenance, M0S2 extreme pressure No. 2 lithium-based grease is usually used.
3) Process control of the core components of the exciter
①Case
The casing is made of Q400-18 ball ground cast iron precision casting, which has good machinability, high impact toughness at room temperature, and high plasticity. The brittle transition temperature is low, and the toughness is good at low temperature.
Before the casing is processed, our company carries out natural aging treatment or artificial aging treatment on the casing to eliminate internal stress, stabilize structure and size, and improve mechanical properties.
After the aging treatment is completed, the casing is clamped once by the 3-axis and 5-sided large-scale gantry machining center, and the processing of multiple surfaces is completed in sequence, The number of corrections can effectively guarantee the geometric tolerance accuracy of each surface. The tolerance of the coaxiality of the center line of the bearing seat hole of the vibrator meets the requirements of level 6 precision in GB/T 1184.
Before the casing assembly, the processing iron filings, burrs, etc. are removed, and the casing is comprehensively cleaned by shot blasting, high pressure blowing, etc. After completion, anti-rust oil is applied on the processing surface and placed in the dust-free assembly workshop for use.
② main shaft
The main shaft is made of 40Cr, tempered after rough turning, and has good comprehensive mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness. Then the finishing is carried out to ensure the tolerance and accuracy of form and position; And grinding bearing position to ensure finish. Finally, apply anti-rust oil and place it in the dust-free assembly workshop for use.
③ Bearing

④ Eccentric block
The eccentric block is made of HT200 precision casting and processed by a 3-axis, 5-sided large-scale gantry machining center. It is positioned by special tooling to ensure that the keyway and the mounting hole of the counterweight column meet the tolerance and dimensional accuracy requirements.
(4) Assembly and test of exciter
Our company has a dedicated exciter assembly workshop to ensure that the exciter assembly is carried out in a dust-free environment.
Our company has a special exciter test table, each vibrator is assembled and tested in the factory, and tested for various performance indicators, and can only be assembled on the vibrating screen if it is completely qualified;
The vibration exciter test table adopts intelligent monitoring system:
① During the test of the exciter, the monitoring indicators are displayed and recorded in real time, and the data is accurate and reliable;
② Equipped with an indicator abnormality alarm device, which can send out an alarm in time according to the test situation
③ The monitoring results are automatically generated by the computer.

Spring:
The banana screen adopts steel cylindrical spiral compression spring for shock absorption, the spring material is 60Si2Mn. Our company’s shock absorption springs are manufactured with high tensile strength and special technology. Has very high stability. The spring has large bearing capacity, long service life and excellent shock absorption effect. The service life of the damping spring is not less than 10000h.
Hanging lugs are provided above the spring for easy replacement.
