The roller screen we produced for the Mongolian cement plant for limestone screening has been completed after more than two months of intense production. It has passed the joint inspection of our company's quality inspection department and all tests and trial runs before leaving the factory. We will choose the best logistics transportation plan for shipment after receiving the final payment from the customer.
The cement plant in Mongolia found our company through the Google search engine in July 2024 and got in touch with Nicole, the engineer sales of our company. Within the following 2-4 weeks, there were multiple technical solution communications and several rounds of business negotiations. After we showed the customer the factory via video and sent product brochures and case performance brochures, we obtained the product order for this roller screen.
The roller screen we produced for the Mongolian customer has a screen box length of up to 6800mm, a width of 1500mm, and a processing capacity of 200t/h. The limestone it processes has a Max. feed size of 0-500mm and a Finished product size of ≤10mm. The Shaft quantity is 20. Our roller screen can perform screening and classification for it. The roller screen is an efficient and high-capacity heavy-duty screening and classification equipment, mainly used in industries such as coal, building materials, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and mining. It can handle dozens of materials and has the advantages of stable operation, large processing capacity, simple and compact structure, no vibration, low failure rate, simple and convenient maintenance and repair, low price for replacement parts, convenience and quickness.
For the roller screen we produced for the customer, product quality inspections were carried out in all links from raw material entry to production and trial runs. We arranged a dedicated quality inspection department to conduct professional quality inspections in each production link, focusing on the following product quality inspections:

1.Equipment integrity check: Ensure that all components of the roller screen are correctly installed without omission, damage or deformation. Check whether the rollers on the screen surface are firmly installed, whether the screening trays are intact, and whether the transmission components such as sprockets or gears are normal. For some key connection parts, such as bolt connections, check whether they are fastened in place.
2.Screening performance test: Conduct no-load and load tests to verify whether the screening effect of the roller screen meets the design requirements. During the no-load test, start the roller screen and check whether its operation is smooth, with no abnormal noise, vibration or jamming. During the load test, add a certain amount of limestone material, observe the screening efficiency, processing capacity and material passage of the roller screen, and ensure that limestone of different particle sizes can be effectively screened out.
3.Electrical system check: Check the electrical control system of the roller screen, including components such as the motor, sensors and controllers. Ensure that the rotation direction of the motor is correct, the sensors can accurately detect the operating status of the equipment, and the controller can normally control the start-stop and operating parameters of the equipment. At the same time, check whether the electrical wiring connections are firm and whether there are faults such as short circuits or open circuits.
Colleagues will also conduct a 48-hour no-load trial run and a load trial run, find relevant problems and conduct debugging at any time to ensure that our products have no quality problems, thereby safeguarding the interests of customers.
