More importantly, though it is approaching the end of the year, we’re still constantly receiving new inquiries which heralds we will have a better development in 2022.

The partner company，PT. Perlite Indonesia Abadi (PIA), established in Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia in 2008， is a professional manufacturer of expanded perlite products and their derivatives in line with international standard qualification and quality. The PIA’s founder is a specialist in the Perlite industry with decades of managerial experience in the Perlite industry, and the founder holds strict requirements towards material, production process, system, and standardization of services, therefore the founder needs advanced machines to produce perlite in lines with codes and standards to meet the user’s expectation.
On 16 May, 2020, we first received the PIA’s enquiry for Apron Feeder whose equipment and requirement as follows: After understanding the customer’s needs, our excellent engineer team carried on a close and fruitful discussion. As a result, we had learned that an apron feeder can be fed by a container tilter unloader.
After design calculation, we sent the drawings of the apron feeder to the customer for confirmation on May 18.
We provided the preliminary scheme of skirt belt machine to the customer on May 19.
After communication and adjustment, the customer approved our design scheme.
We sent the quotation and the confirmed scheme to the customer on May 20.

On September 16, we replied that the project was postponed due to the impact of the epidemic, but they confirmed that they would buy our products.
That is very understanding, we agreed to suspend the project and told customers to pay attention to their own epidemic prevention, and that health is the capital, good health first and then business.
In the busy year of epidemic recovery in China of 2021, We received a letter from our customer in January 2021 which giving us the good news that the project was restarted on January 14, 2021 and asked for the ground drawings . We sent the overall design drawing of the apron feeder and skirt belt conveyor to the customer on January 19, 2021, and marked the corresponding foundation size for the customer to make foundation on site. The project is in full progress. The customer asked us to do PI on March 18, 2021, and they were ready to order and arrange business personnel to contact us.
Before the customer planned to make payment, the customer changed the size of plate feeder according to the on-site size on March 30, which was extended from the original 8 meters to 10.670 meters. We sent the price of the lengthened plate feeder to the customer on April 6th, and the final PI was sent on April 8th after the customer confirms it. After receiving the advance payment from the customer, we issued the production drawing for the customer to confirm and sign. After receiving the drawings signed and confirmed by the customer, we started production. As required by the customer, we prepared the delivery of plate feeder and skirt belt conveyor in the middle of August, and sent the photos of the equipment produced to the customer on August 12, and the customer arranged the balance payment after receiving the photos. After receiving the balance payment, we booked the shipping space on August 27th. The factory arranged the loading and sent it to Qingdao port. The photos of the factory loading and shipped the goods to Qingdao port . At this point, the project with PIA, which started on May 16, 2020, finally came to a perfect end, and the customers who received the goods expressed high appreciation for our cooperation. PIA said that we have maintained integrity and a sense of mission even in the severe environment of the epidemic. They would deepen cooperation with us in the future and give some words of thanks.
