The production of
sidewall belt conveyor produced by us for customers in Thailand has been completed today, and we will assemble and debug the components and racks of the product from July 29, 2023 to August 5, 2023, and start up and run the motor, reducer and other equipment. This is the head part of sidewall belt conveyor produced for our Thai customer. It consists of frame, head pulley, press pulley and several conveyor idlers. The roller is mainly a super large load bearing roller installed in rows, the main role is to support the sidewall belt. The press belt wheel is also an important part of sidewall belt conveyor, whose role is mainly used to press the conveyor belt and change the direction of the conveyor belt on the belt machine, in order to avoid the conveyor belt in the transportation process, because the material is too light caused by the conveyor belt. If the conveyor belt will cause deviation, spreading, touching other places, it will cause belt machine failure and production accidents. The use of the press belt wheel solves the problems of serious wear, scattering and deviation of the conveyor belt, reduces the pressure strength of the conveyor belt, and greatly improves the service life of the conveyor belt. The installation position of the belt pulley is generally in the convex and convex arc section of the large inclination belt machine, which ensures that the material can be smoothly transferred to the upper and lower horizontal section during the transmission of the conveyor belt, and greatly improves the transportation speed and work efficiency of the large inclination belt machine.
We produce the central arch of sidewall belt conveyor cross section for customers. The convex section of the belt conveyor often occurs in the central arch in the direction of the belt section. The central arch will make the belt discounted, and the damage of the belt will be aggravated after it enters the reversing drum or driving drum interval. The main reason for arch and discount is that the tension value of the unit length between the middle and the outside of the belt cross section is too large, so that the belt slides to the middle to form arch or discount. The difference of tension value per unit length is related to the curvature radius of the convex segment and the groove Angle of the roller. The larger the groove Angle, the smaller the curvature radius of the convex segment, the more severe the arch and discount, even in the head or tail of the straight section of the belt conveyor groove Angle transition interval can also occur, at this time should reduce the groove Angle or extend the length of the transition interval interval, so that the belt groove Angle slowly transition. For the convex belt conveyor, the curvature radius of the convex segment should be increased as much as possible and the groove Angle of the idler should be reduced under the premise of satisfying the conveying capacity.
We use pay-off to mark between the head (drive device) and the tail (tail wheel), infrared level, so that the center line between the head and the tail is connected into a straight line, using this method to ensure high installation accuracy.
(1) The installation of the drive device The drive device is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a drive drum, a bracket and other parts.
First of all, the
sidewall belt conveyor drives the roller and the bracket to assemble and place it on the embedded plate. The steel backing plate is placed between the embedded plate and the bracket, and the level is levelled with a level to ensure that the levelness between the four points of the bracket is less than or equal to 0.5mm.
Then, find out the middle branch line of the driving drum, place the line drop on the middle branch line, and adjust the longitudinal and transverse middle branch line of the driving drum to coincide with the base center line.
When adjusting the elevation of the driving drum, it is also necessary to consider reserving a certain margin for the adjustment of the elevation of the motor and reducer. Since the connection between the motor and the reducer has been adjusted on the bracket when the equipment is manufactured, our task is to find the alignment, leveling, and ensuring the coaxiality between the reducer and the drive drum.
When adjusting, take the driving drum as the basis, because the reducer and the driving drum are connected to the nylon rod elastic connection, the accuracy of the coaxiality can be appropriately relaxed, adjusted to the radial less than or equal to 0.2mm, and the end face is not greater than 2/1000.
(2) Installation of the tail wheel The tail wheel is composed of two parts: the bracket and the drum, and the adjustment steps are the same as the driving drum.
(3) Legs, intermediate frame, roller support, roller installation belt machine legs most of the shape of H-type, its length and width according to the length and width of the belt, belt transport volume and so on are different.
