The reversing device is a unique device of the
portable conveyor, which is mainly composed of a bending pully, special bracket and pressing wheel. Compared with the ordinary belt conveyor, the portable belt conveyor has good maneuverability, which is the credit of the redirection device. Equipped with such a small device, the entire belt conveyor seems to be alive, it can directly moves to the material site and quickly links with both sides, what’s more it terminates the period that belt conveyor should fix at one point to convey materials, which greatly saves production costs.
The
portable belt conveyor has two speeds, fast and slow, to meet the different requirements of bulk conveying and packaging, which improves the utilization of the equipment and exerts the multi-purpose performance of the machine. Side ducts are installed on both sides of the
portable belt conveyor frame to prevent the grain pack from being dropped during conveying, and an adjustment handle is arranged on both sides of the feed hopper to support the side panels to prevent food from leaking. Both large and small wheels use solid rubber wheels to prevent crushing of grain and warehouse floors. Also both of the walking wheel are equipped with ball bearings, and the small walking wheel has the function of automatic steering, which ensures the movement of the machine is light and flexible.
