Their company is a super large open-pit coal mining enterprise in China, with an annual processing capacity of up to 800,000 tons of high-quality coal mining, and its coal is transported to various parts of the country by rail and road, mainly for coal power generation and coal chemical raw materials.
In the last decade its coal has expanded from Mine No. 1 to what is now Mine No. 4. Mainly through feeder breaker, mineral sizers, belt conveyor, apron feeder, banana screen and other equipment to complete the coal production transportation.
The apron feeder we produced recently is mainly for the renovation project of its No. 4 mining area. The designed output of the apron feeder used before cannot reach the current output, so the customer should definitely replace the product. Germany imports pan and cat chains to ensure their high strength use in coal mines. Its processing capacity is up to 3000t/h, mainly used for raw coal to mineral sizers feed work, the raw coal through the mining truck to the silo, then to the apron feeder, through the mineral sizers to the belt conveyor and then to the coal yard, to complete the coal mining.
In order to ensure that our products meet the needs of customers, we send our engineers to the customer's site for mapping and exploration, as well as on-site installation conditions assessment, then control the steel of raw materials produced by apron feeder, test the raw materials from the source to ensure their quality, and then ask technical engineers to conduct scientific research according to the requirements. Strict design drawings for blanking and processing, each step has a special quality inspection personnel to carry out quality inspection, after the completion of production, we also complete the finished product quality testing and load and no-load test machine running for 48 hours.
