4. Check the vibration separator and fasteners of dyeing wastewater regularly.If any loosening is found, it should be tightened in time to avoid making a loud noise due to the long-term vibration of the device, damaging the parts or even causing foreign bodies to fall into medium materials such as screws.
5. The vibration motor should work in a clockwise direction;
6. Ensure that the materials enter the vibration separator evenly for dyeing and finishing of waste water to ensure the screening accuracy and yield;
7. When screening dry materials, hose or canvas cover should be connected at the inlet and outlet to prevent potential leakage or dust leakage;
8. A single layer double-outlet salt vibration separator is usually used for slurry screen filtration, and the reduced pressure velocity is reached to the stable screen center through buffer solution.Slurry supply should be uniform and adjustable so as not to affect the filtration effect.It is recommended to use the overflow pipe horizontal slot to pass through the valve to the buffer.
