1.5 Carefully check and check the position measurement at the installation site. The basic dimensions of each device and frame shall be consistent with those indicated in the drawings.The problem should be dealt with in time, and the parts can only be placed after all dimensions are correct.2. Installation
sequence and adjustment of
apron feeder 2.1 Frame
If the frame to be shipped in sections needs to be installed after welding in the field, the weld must be inspected for flaw detection and installed only after confirming that the weld has no influence on the strength.
2.2 Apron feeder tail tensioning device
In most cases, it is best to install the tail tensioning device first and adjust the spring tensioning force according to the drawing so that it is in the required position.2.3
Apron feeder head device 2.4 Apron feeder transmission device 2.5 Apron feeder operating part
The running part can only be installed after the adjustment of transmission device and the initial setting of secondary irrigation.When installing the conveying tank, it should be noted that it runs in the same direction, so as not to make mistakes.When installing or replacing the chain plate, the chain plate shall be bolted to the track chain, and the bolts shall be coated with 271 Lothar anaerobic adhesive to prevent loosening. The tightening distance of each bolt shall be 750-900N.M
Install in the above order.The tail should have enough space to facilitate the installation of the running part.3. Installation requirements for

The diagonal difference of the bottom frame is 1/1000, and the allowable difference along the longitudinal length is < 6mm;C. The coincidence degree deviation between the frame center line and the longitudinal center line of the body is ±2mm.
3.2 Supporting wheel and sprocket wheel of
apron feeder
A. The parallelism between the support wheel bus and the horizontal plane in the frame shall not be greater than 1/1000 b of the chain plate width.The parallelism between the sprocket bus and the horizontal plane of the frame shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the width of the chain plate. 3.3 Apron feeder head and tail devices

C. The fasteners (bolts and nuts) for the connection between the groove plate and the chain joint must be tightened, and the tightening torque shall be 430N · m D.The intersecting direction of the conveying groove plate is consistent with the marked operation in the operating part;3.5 Apron feeder tail tensioning device
A. The deviation of perpendicularity between the center line of the tail axis and the longitudinal center line of the body is 1mm;B. The horizontal deviation of the centerline of the tailwheel shaft is 1mm;
C. The tensioning stroke of 350 is the ultimate position size. When the chain elongation is close to 350, the joint moment (P=216) ×2 length of the chain shall be removed and adjusted.
D. The parallelism between the axis of the tension shaft and the horizontal plane shall not be greater than 1/10004 of the span of the two bearings of the tension shaft.Test run 4.1 Check before starting
A. There shall be sufficient lubricating grease in all bearings, transmission parts and reducer;
B. Gear teeth of the head and tail wheel meshing with the chain normally;
C. Adjust the tensioning device to make the initial tension of the chain moderate;
D. All rollers should drive flexibly, and if there is any sliding or rail sticking phenomenon, it should be eliminated in time;
E. Check all fastening bolts, especially the base bolts of the frame, transmission devices and brakes, the bolts to fix the roller shaft and the bolts to fix the traction chain, must be under uniform force and no loosening is allowed.4.2 No-load operation
Select the slow drive
apron feeder and make it run for 2 ~ 4 hours at normal speed, depending on whether it is stuck or colliding.If the operation is interrupted due to failure or adjustment, the time shall be recalculated and the following inspection and record shall be made.
A. The reducer operates smoothly without abnormal impact and vibration.
