1.driving device
The driving device is composed of reducer, motor, coupling and transmission chain.
The Z type bucket elevator is equipped with hard tooth cylinfrical gear reducer, which has the advantages of high bearing capacity, small space, compact structure and easy maintenance. In the high-speed end of the reducer, there is a check, and the check is beyond the clutch type. When the elevator runs normally, the check is detached from the reducer, and when the main motor stops running suddenly, the check ACTS as a check, preventing the hopper with the material installed from running in reverse. And the reverse is directly installed in the speed reducer, braking torque is small, small vibration.
2. upper section
The upper section consists of head assembly, head bracket, discharge chute, etc.
The whole hood is detachable in two parts, which is convenient for equipment installation, maintenance and debugging. Quick opening inspection door is arranged on both sides of the head shell, and the inspection door is sealed with pressure groove.
The head wheel two end bearing adopt double row self-aligning roller bearing, suitable for heavy duty use.
The head bracket is integrated with the head assembly body, which is made separately, assembled on site and compact in structure. The top is provided with dust extraction port. Head shaft rotating parts with packing box oil-soaked asbestos packing, to prevent alkali ash leakage, to ensure the machine has a good sealing performance.
3. central casing
The middle casing of z type bucket elevator is divided into standard section and maintenance section. It is convenient to use multi-position punching machine, die forming and punching process, and then bolt connection assembly, with high precision and interchangeability. The inspection and repair sections are separated by 4 ~ 6m. The inspection and repair doors are arranged on both sides of the equipment in accordance with the physical and technical strips.
4. chain and hopper
The chain is a sleeve roller chain with small distance and high strength, and the pin, roller and barrel materials are 20Cr, quenching treatment. Safety factor of tensile strength of chain is not less than 20, suitable for full load starting. The traction chain and the selection of small distance chain can ensure the smooth engagement with the head wheel and prolong its service life. The material of the hopper is 16Mn, the plate is formed by punching and welding, and 65Mn wear-resistant electrode is welded along the mouth to extend the service life of the hopper. The chain is connected with the hopper by high-strength bolts, and there is an induction-type feed guide groove behind the back of each hopper to ensure no return of materials.
5 lower section
The lower section consists of a tail assembly and a tensioning device.
The tensioning device of Z type bucket elevator adopts the combination structure of automatic hammer tensioning and manual screw tensioning, and its stroke is 2. 5 times chain pitch. Automatic heavy hammer tensioning keeps the chain in a moderate tensioning state to ensure smooth operation of the elevator. When there is deviation at both ends of the tail shaft, manual screw tensioning is adopted for fine tuning, so as to keep the elevator in the best working state. The inner and outer sides of the automatic hammer tensioning mechanism are equipped with sliding plates, and sealing materials are pasted on the sliding plates to ensure that the air leakage rate of the whole hoist is less than 0. 8%, the rotating part of the tail shaft is sealed with packing box oil-soaked asbestos packing, to prevent alkali ash leakage.
