The working principle of vibrating screen
The vibratory separator generates centrifugal force by rotating the eccentric block through the vibrating motor, and provides the exciting force to make the screen body vibrate to screening materials. In the screening process, fine particles close to the size of the mesh are easy to get stuck in the mesh. Meanwhile, urea dust is easy to absorb moisture and adhere to and block the mesh, which affects the screening efficiency. The vibration motor is easy to adjust, but the vibration force will reduce the screening efficiency, and the vibration force will damage the equipment body. It requires the operator to clean the screen frequently and the labor intensity is relatively large.
Vibratory separator structure and operation
The vibratory separator is mainly composed of the screen cover, screen frame, motor (vibration source), rubber spring, base, etc. The screen cover is composed of an inlet and an oblique cone, the lower end of which is connected to the screen frame. The screen cover and screen frame are connected by clamps, and there is a sealing pad between the screen cover and screen frame. The screen frame is rolled with a steel plate. The upper and lower ends of the screen frame are provided with a - receiving ring, and the lower end has an internal flange ring, which is used to fix the screen and the screen cleaning system. In the screening process, the vibratory separator runs stably. Within one overhaul period, the screen body and rotating motor have no faults.
