1) The gold smelting process is as follows

The gold ore is first fed to the jaw crusher through heavy-duty apron feeder for preliminary crushing. If it needs to be fine-broken again after rough breaking, the gold ore material already has a very fine particle size. Then the gold ore material is evenly and continuously fed into the gold ball mill through the vibration feeder. Flotation agents are added and stirred. Flotation is the core of the whole production line. The gold mine materials processed by flotation are concentrated through the new apron feeder concentrator, and then dried by the dryer, and the required gold mine products can be obtained.
3) Apron feeder in the smelting process
1) The raw material particles of the gold mine are relatively large, which needs to be broken by jaw crusher. Usually, heavy apron feeder is used to feed the jaw. Heavy apron feeder can withstand the impact of large gold ore materials and play the role of uniform feeding.
2) After the flotation machine for gold ore powder, adding flotation agents, the material humidity is large, viscous, and may form blocky. Due to the particularity of the material, the supporting conveying equipment of this process is more critical: the hopper grabs more than ten tons of material at a time, and the material has a greater impact on the conveyor. Therefore, the conveyor selected in this process should be able to withstand the impact of the material, but also be able to transport viscous materials, and the conveyor has the dispersion function to disperse the material formed into blocks. 2) Feed the thickener with BF1400×5000 new belt apron feeder, the output of 40 tons, the reason for choosing the belt width of 1400, the main consideration is that the material viscosity is too large to prevent the material from coming down in the bin.
