In the production process, the plate feeder can evenly, regularly and continuously feed the bulk and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device, which is mostly used in the sand production line. So what are the precautions for using the plate feeder?
1. After installation, the plate feeder should have a 20mm swimming gap, and the horizontal should be horizontal. The suspension device is flexibly connected.
2. Motor bearings should be filled with lubricating oil every 2 months, and lubricating oil should be filled every month in high temperature season.

3, Before the air test, the bolts should be strong, especially the anchor bolts of the vibration motor, continuous operation for 3-5 hours, should be re-tightened.
4, Apron feeder test, two vibration motors to rotate.
5, When feeding, the stability of amplitude, current and noise should be frequently checked during operation, and abnormal parking should be timely found.
6, Vibration feeder such as used for batching, quantitative feeding, in order to ensure the uniform stability of the feed, to prevent the material flow should be installed horizontally, such as continuous feeding of general materials, can be tilted down 10° installation. For viscous materials and materials with large water content, the installation can be tilted down 15°.
Apron feeder is designed for uniform delivery of large pieces of material before crushing and screening, but in the operation process of apron feeder, there will inevitably be some abnormal operation. The following will summarize some abnormal situations and treatment solutions for you.
(1)Apron feeder at the same time of directional vibration, torsional vibration, just adjust the exciting force of the shaker as the line, so that it can avoid torsional vibration through the tank body center of gravity.
(2) The material conveying direction is skewed, just adjust the center line of the tank body and the exciting force line in the same vertical plane, so that the material conveying direction can be avoided.
(3) The amplitude is too small, which is due to the air gap is too large, and the consumption of large current and power is caused, and the air gap can be adjusted to the standard value.
(4) Collision between the iron core and the armature, causing damage, just adjust the air gap to the standard value, and make the working face of the iron core and the armature parallel.
(5) The foundation and frame vibration is larger, which is due to the vibration isolation spring stiffness is larger, causing the foundation and frame to produce greater vibration. The stiffness of the isolation spring should be reduced.
