Our company 5000t/d production line waste heat power station coal transmission system is equipped with two
apron feeder, the next level of TD75 belt conveyor to transport raw coal. The two apron feeder original feeding slots are vertical falling, and the diameter of feeding slots is 800mmx700mm. The height difference between the discharge port of No.1 apron feeder and the belt conveyor belt is 4.17m, and that of No. Apron feeder is 3.45m. The quality of coal or coal gangue entering apron feeder through the grate can reach about 50kg, which has a great impact on the tape, and often breaks the tape, seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of production and environmental health. In December 2023, our company reformed the feeding guide trough of apron feeder and achieved the ideal effect.
First, the No. 2
apron feeder feeder guide tank is reformed. Due to the limitation of space conditions such as apron feeder floor girder, the feeding trough can not be changed into a diagonal chute, so the bottom of the vertical feeding trough is designed as a diagonal chute, and after repeated tests, it is finally changed to a diagonal discharge port with a 45° Angle between the running direction of the belt and the vertical direction, and the original caliber remains unchanged. In this way, the raw coal directly impacts on the bottom plate of the inclined discharge port, and rebounds through the bottom plate, and goes out along the direction of the belt, so that the belt, the roller and the protection can be protected from the direct rush damage of the coal block. The structure of the reformed coal transport system is shown in Figure 1. The 30mm thick steel plate is used in the bottom plate of the inclined discharge port, and 12 Φ24mm and 30mm high steel nails are uniformly and vertically welded on the steel plate. The impact force formed by the large gravity of the large coal plays a certain role in the initial crushing of the raw coal block, and can also slow the impact wear of the raw coal block on the bottom plate. A strong support frame made of No. 16 channel steel is installed at the bottom of the bevel, and the support frame is fixed on the ground (the bottom of the guide trough is connected with the conveyor frame of the belt conveyor). The vibration of the belt conveying frame caused by the impact of coal on the inclined bottom plate is avoided, which avoids the raw coal running and flying, and improves the environment of the coal conveying system.
After the technical upgrade of apron feeder, the previous faults are eliminated, so that the equipment can run stably. Based on the experience, the apron feeder guide tank No. 1 was reformed. Because No. 1 apron feeder has a bigger drop from the discharge point to the tape than No. 2 apron feeder, it has a bigger failure due to the defect of the feeding trough. Since it was put into operation in May 1999, No. 1
apron feeder has been almost idle. After the transformation of No. 1 apron feeder guide tank, the equipment that has been idle for many years is put into use. So two apron feeder replacement use, easy to maintain and maintain. After the transformation, the working condition of the belt conveyor has been improved, and the tape is still in use (more than three and a half years) and is in good condition.
