Banana screen box exciter is the core power source of vibration screening equipment, which realizes the efficient layering, conveying and screening of materials through scientific structural design and dynamic characteristics.
The box exciter is mainly composed of a double axis (or multi-axis) eccentric block, a gear transmission system, a box and a sealing lubrication system.
The motor drives the shaker spindle to rotate through the universal coupling, and drives the eccentric block with symmetrical distribution on both sides to rotate synchronously and reverse. The eccentric block generates centrifugal force when rotating at high speed, and its combined force forms a periodic exciting force in a specific direction, which pushes the screen box to produce a linear or elliptical vibration track.
When the phase angles of the two axis eccentric blocks are completely symmetric (0° phase difference), the centrifugal forces cancel each other in the horizontal direction and are superimposed in the vertical direction to form linear vibration, which is suitable for precise classification scenes. By adjusting the angle of the eccentric block (such as 30°~90°), the proportion of the horizontal and vertical exciting force changes, forming an elliptical vibration track, which can enhance the material throwing and screening efficiency, suitable for high humidity or viscous material processing. The gear group inside the box ensures that the double-shaft eccentric block strictly synchronizes the reverse rotation, avoids the vibration direction deviation, and ensures the running stability of the screen machine. By increasing or decreasing the offset weight of the eccentric block or adjusting the angle of the eccentric block, the size of the exciting force can be flexibly changed (the amplitude range is usually 4~12mm), and the screening needs of different material characteristics (such as particle size and density) can be adapted.
Multi-layer labyrinth seal + skeleton oil seal structure, prevent dust intrusion and oil leakage, adapt to mine, coal and other high dust environment. The built-in oil pump continuously delivers the lubricating oil to the gear and bearing parts, and reduces the oil temperature through the cooling fin to ensure the reliability of the shaker under high load conditions for a long time.
