A) Function description

In this case, the roller surface of the pulley can be "lagged" or covered with rubber material. The thickness of the cover plate is generally 8~12 mm, and the thickness can be flat or fluted. The rubber is vulcanized in a drum to ensure that it will stick under harsh operating conditions.
The load-bearing member supports a rotating shaft that supports a pulley. The bearing is mounted on a belt bearing so that the mass of the pulley assembly and the tension of the belt are transferred to the pulley support structure.
The "bottom plate" of the seat-bearing component welded to the structure is usually a bolt. Lifting screws are fitted to the bottom of the shoe to enable the pulley to be aligned correctly and relatively quickly.
