The drive is a device that powers the traction chain. It consists of a motor, a reducer, a frame, and a drive chain. The motor is connected to the reducer. Power is transmitted to the traction chain through the two sprockets and the drive chain.

1. The
apron feeder is started under no-load condition. After 2 to 3 minutes of starting, the conveying material is added.
2. During the operation of the
apron feeder, it is not allowed to clean and repair the moving parts, nor to adjust the tensioning device.
3. In the running process of the
apron feeder, if encountering various abnormal conditions, press the emergency stop button in the car, and then drive after the fault is eliminated.
4. Before the
apron feeder stops, the materials in the machine should be unloaded.
