Damage Analysis of the A Type Bucket Elevator Hopper

  Z type bucket conveyor is mainly composed of a traction member, a transmission roller, a driven roller, a tensioning device, a belt, a hopper, a feeding and discharging device, a frame and a driving device.
1. Hopper cracking problem
After the fluidized bed granulating device has been operated for a period of time, there is a large amount of urea wet block in the material granule urea discharged from the granulator, causing the discharge to be clogged and unable to maintain normal production. At this point, the granulator must be cleaned, and the treatment time is generally about 4 hours. During the treatment, the urine normally produced by the system is circulated to the urine tank for temporary storage. After the bed is cleaned, the urine storage tank is sent to the evaporation system through the transfer pump to enter the granulator for granulation.When the granulator is cleaning the bed, open the bucket of the bucket lifter to inspect the bucket of the bucket hopper and find that some of the hoppers are cracked. If not treated in time, the hopper crack will be further enlarged, and the hopper bucket will be scraped. Touch, causing damage to the bucket lift and downtime.

2. Reason analysis
(1) The load of the bucket lifter increases. After the granulation device is cleaned by the fluidized bed, the urine tank temporarily stores the urine into the evaporation system and enters the granulator to granulate, so that the normally produced urine and the temporary storage urine simultaneously enter the granulation device, thereby causing the bucket lifter The load is increased. The increase of the load will cause the bucket to move downward from the central axis of the driven roller. If there is urea agglomeration at the bottom of the bucket lifter, it is easy to crack the hopper due to the collision. At the same time, the leakage amount in the hopper receiving and unloading increases, which leads to the increase of the material level at the bottom of the bucket lifter and the increase of the hopper scraping amount. If the machine is operated for a long time, the hopper will be fatigued and cracked.
(2) The bucket of the bucket lifter is off. If the belt of the bucket lifter is deflected, the hopper will swing. If the range is large, the hopper will collide with the receiving port, the discharge port, and even the bucket body of the bucket, thus causing the hopper to collide and crack. The main reason for the deviation of the belt: 1 the driven roller and the active roller are not parallel; 2 uneven feeding causes the belt to be unevenly biased and deflected. It has also been found from the team log records that the belt lifter has several times of belt deviation warning failure during the running process. After each belt deviation, the weight correction is also adjusted by adjusting the weight, which does not solve the problem fundamentally.
 (3) The gap between the hopper and the receiving port and the discharging port is too small. After on-site inspection, the gap between the hopper and the receiving port is 20 mm, and the gap between the hopper and the discharging port is 8 mm. After on-site inspection and inspection and inspection of the information of the bucket lifter, it is judged that the hopper and the receiving port are too small, which will increase the probability of collision between the hopper and the receiving port and the discharging port; otherwise, if the gap is too large, it will increase. The amount of material leaked during the hopper picking and unloading causes the material level at the bottom of the bucket lifter to rise. In both cases, the hopper will crack.
(4) Material defects in the hopper structure. The structure of the hopper can be divided into a shallow bucket deep bucket and a triangle bucket, and the bucket elevator is a deep bucket. Deep hoppers are often welded or directly stamped from steel plates.
