The upper driving shaft and the lower tensioning shaft of the bucket elevator should be in the same vertical flat, and the two axis lines should be parallel to the horizontal flat.3. The flange joints of the intermediate housing shall not be significantly misplaced. Asbestos or tarpaulins may be used between flanges to ensure tightness.4. In the lower section of the bucket lift, the center line of the middle housing and the upper section shall be on the same vertical line, and the vertical deviation shall not exceed 1 mm in 1 m length, and the cumulative deviation of the total height shall not exceed 8 mm.5. The position of the hopper on the traction part should be right and be fastened firmly. There should be no deflection or collision of the housing during operation.6. After the screw tensioning device is adjusted, the traction member shall have uniform tensioning force required for normal operation. In order to have enough tensioning stroke in operation, the remaining tensioning stroke should not less than 50% of the full stroke.7. The axis of the high-speed shaft of the reducer and the axis of the motor should be parallel to each other; The axis of the low-speed shaft and the axis of the bucket-hoist driving shaft shall be in the same horizontal line, and the maximum parallel offset shall not exceed 0.2mm, and the maximum intersection angle of the axis shall not exceed 40 '. 8.  The bucket elevator supplier shall be equipped with lifting equipment with lifting weight not less than 2t.The distance between the rail bottom of the crane and the driving center line is generally 2~2.2m. 9. The middle part of the bucket elevator shall have an intermediate support device to prevent deviation. The support points are not more than 8m apart. The top support point should be as close to the head as possible. 10.Bucket elevator traction belt is the role to load and transfer power, was demanded with high strength, good flexibility, small elongation and light weight. There are two commonly used belts, rubber belt and canvas belt .Canvas belt is woven from cotton yarn, which is mainly suitable for bucket elevator with small conveying capacity, lifting height, dry material and dry working environment. Rubber belt is made up of several layers of canvas belt and rubber vulcanized and cemented. It is suitable for bucket elevator with large conveying capacity and lifting height.
