Mineral sizers is a crushing device for brittle materials below medium hardness, which is widely used in mine production. Compared with the commonly used jaw crusher, mineral sizers has the greatest advantage of double motor drive, which greatly improves the crushing capacity in the field, and has the characteristics of simple manufacturing, low energy consumption, low over-crushing and high reliability. At present, the automation level of mineral sizers in coal mines is relatively low. In the research on crusher monitoring system, with the extensive application of information fusion technology in mine safety monitoring system and the development of underground internet of things technology, mine safety and efficient production require the on-site monitoring system to collect and mine data quickly, comprehensively and deeply, while the upper computer fault diagnosis system needs multi-parameter signal and high frequency sampling to support. However, the existing crusher monitoring system has limited monitoring, single control function, can not be linked and other problems, can not meet the development requirements of crusher mechatronics. My team developed a monitoring system for fully mechanized mining face
mineral sizers. The system enables mineral sizers status monitoring, interlocking control between the crusher and other transportation equipment (scraper conveyor, conveyor, etc.) on the working face, and can transmit monitoring data to the roadway central control station and the central control center on the well. This paper focuses on the design of mineral sizers automatic monitoring device in this system.

Mineral sizers automatic monitoring device is the core part of mineral sizers monitoring system. The device realizes the start and stop control of the
mineral sizers2 motor and the interlock start and stop control with other transportation equipment on the working face by controlling the combination switch, and realizes the automatic start and stop control of the lubrication pump by controlling the magnetic starter. The device can realize the real-time monitoring function of high and low speed bearing temperature, reducer oil temperature, motor winding temperature, cooling water flow, cooling water pressure and lubrication pump pressure. The device can realize the general protection function of motor, such as over current, over voltage, under voltage, leakage lock protection of lubricating pump motor. The device is equipped with automatic and manual transfer switches, and automatic interlock start and stop, crusher start and stop, lubrication pump start and stop, fault reset and emergency stop buttons; with rs485 and rj45 interfaces, it can exchange data with other system stations on the fully mechanized mining face through modbus or tcp/ip to realize data sharing and remote control.
