Feeder breaker is a new type of equipment for comprehensive mechanized coal face in open-pit mine. In recent years, with the extensive exploitation of open pit mines in xinjiang, inner mongolia and gansu, new technical requirements have been put forward for the technical performance of equipment. At present, coal seams are mainly broken and processed by explosives in open-pit mining. Feeder breaker and double-toothed roller crusher are two methods to break large and uneven coal directly. But the limitation of feeder breaker and double-tooth roller crusher is that the material with qualified particle size in the pre-treated coal is broken twice or only the preliminary screening, the material layer is not really screened through, so that the output of the material with qualified particle size is reduced. In order to prevent secondary crushing of materials with qualified particle size, the development of crushing in the future will develop towards multi-functional development. The current crushing equipment does not have the ability to achieve multi-functional operation.
The technical problem we want to solve is: a new type of scraper conveyor roller screening box is designed. Without affecting the normal operation of the
feeder breaker, the required broken materials are pre-treated at a deeper level in advance, and the qualified materials in the mixed materials are screened out in advance to avoid the change of the particle size of the qualified materials caused by secondary crushing. A new type scraper conveyor roller type screening box, including a box and a roller screen, the roller screen comprises a plurality of roller groups, each roller group includes a first roller and a second roller, the first roller and a second roller cross into the box is arranged at both ends of the installation hole, the first roller and the second roller is arranged at both ends of the bearing seat, the bearing seat is connected and fixed with the box through a bolt: one end of the first roller and the second roller is provided with a coupling, and the first roller and the second roller are respectively connected with the cycloidal needle wheel motor through the coupling as an integrated structure. A plurality of roller groups are cross-laid to form a roller screen surface, and the roller screen surface and the box form a roller type screening box. The feeder breaker we designed can replace the box of the original scraper conveyor, and the installation size is the same as the original installation size, enhancing the replacement. The box is welded as a whole, installation holes are set on both sides of the box, and the roller passes through the installation holes. Both ends are fixed with bearing seats and the side plates of the box by bolts. Each roller is connected with a cycloidal pin wheel motor through a coupling, and all rollers run in the same direction when the equipment is running. When the scraper squeezes the material with a thicker material layer loose, the material will roll forward with the rotation of the roller sieve, which will separate the qualified materials in different material layers through the sieve hole. The unqualified bulk material continues to move forward into the crushing box, and is broken twice into qualified material particle size. Our new design adopts modular design, each part adopts the way of high-strength bolt connection, which can sieve the qualified materials in different material layers with the rolling of the roller screen, improve the screening rate, and convenient installation and disassembly, easy replacement and maintenance, improve production efficiency and maintenance efficiency.
The new
feeder breaker designed by us has a simple structure, convenient production, can work in harsh environment, can improve the efficiency of screening, thereby improving the efficiency of crushing, and does not affect the entire crushing function of this equipment, the feeder breaker roller screen box and the old structure of the box shape installation size is exactly the same. Enhanced interchangeability for easy installation and maintenance.
