Discussion On The Application Of Apron Feeder In The Comprehensive Treatment Technology Of Domestic Waste

After sorting and processing, the original waste is divided into three types of materials, such as landfill, recyclable material and combustible material, which are respectively used by landfill, recycling, incineration and power generation, so as to achieve the purpose of landfill and resource reduction of waste. Apron feeder is widely used in the comprehensive treatment of domestic waste, suitable for materials with large processing capacity and a lot of entanglement, and has achieved results in the extraction of entanglement, homogenization, broken bags and other problems, which has improved the technical level of domestic domestic domestic waste separation, and accelerated the pace of development of domestic waste pretreatment and post-treatment.

Process flow
1. Material storage/loading/blending
Refuse collection trucks unload the material into the pit, where it is stacked and stored. Part of the free water attached to the material (about 5% of the total mass) is collected for centralized treatment through the leachate collection tank at the bottom of the pit.
When the material is piled up to a certain height, the apron feeder is loaded through the driving grab. Feed the apron feeder slowly, and then thin the material through the blanking end of the homogenizing device, so that uniform blanking.
In the process of material storage and feeding, the driving grab is used to grasp and train the oversized garbage separately to avoid the oversized garbage entering the line selection.
2. Bulky/winding/extraction/crushing
More than 30% of the materials in the waste are industrial waste, and most of them are large pieces and winding materials. After large pieces and winding materials enter the sorting line, they will block the material flow and affect the sorting effect of subsequent sorting equipment, so they must be extracted at the front end.
The core of this technology is how to extract large parts and winding materials in the material, which is carried out at the apron feeder blanking end. In this process, through the clever structural design of the extraction machine, the large parts (particle size greater than 400mm) and winding materials are extracted.
After the large parts and winding materials are extracted, they enter the shear crusher for crushing, and the materials are broken into materials with a particle size ≤150mm, and then return to the material pit for re-loading.
After mechanical extraction, there will still be a small number of large parts and entanglements, so the manual sorting station is set up after the extraction machine to sort the residual large parts and entanglements. At the same time, some rotary heads, tiles and other inert non-sorting materials are sorted out.


3. Mechanical sorting
The material after large and winding material extraction can enter the normal mechanical sorting process, after screening, two-stage wind sorting, magnetic sorting, bounce sorting, apron feeder conveyor recyclables manual sorting and other processes, finally get the following three material components:
① Landfill, direct landfill
② High calorific value combustible, calorific value of 8000-9000kj/kg, is a high-quality fuel for incineration power generation
③ Plastic film, plastic bottles, metal iron, etc., can be recycled
4. Storage/transportation
The various storage/transportation methods obtained after sorting are as follows:
① Landfill material through shuttle reversible belt for two alternate cloth, with open box transfer truck for transfer, so that the material does not fall, the day is clear.
② Fuel, plastic film, plastic bottles have a large compression ratio, respectively, with a baler for compression and bundling, and wrapped by plastic film for storage, transport.
