1.Selection design of conveyor belt with corrugated sidewall belt conveyor.
1.1 Improve the transverse stiffness of the base band. The corrugated sidewall belt is bonded to the base belt with wavy side guard and diaphragm respectively.The backstroke branch supports the blank edges on both sides of the base band with the support roller of the single shaft head, and presses the blank edges on both sides of the base band with the deflector roller at the curve segment. The contact area between these lower roller and pressure wheel and the conveyor belt is small, besides the self-weight and tension of the conveyor belt is large. If the transverse stiffness of the base belt is insufficient, the conveyor belt will be unstable in operation.
1.2 Increase the deformation resistance of diaphragm. When the conveyor belt runs up and down, the material's gravity force and inertia force act on the diaphragm, which is easy to deformation. Therefore, the design of attention: (1) choose the hardness of rubber plate for the diaphragm material. (2) to increase the lining cloth layer, or choose with skeleton diaphragm.（3）when the diaphragm degree more than 20mm, the diaphragm should insert on both sides of the ripple and in the outer side of the guard with nylon liner, screw diaphragm and guard edge into a whole.

2. Selection of support roller in convex arc segment and design of convex arc radius. In addition to the gravity of the conveyor belt and materials, the supporting roller of the convex arc also bears the resultant force of tension at both ends of the conveyor belt of the convex arc. Therefore, the roller of convex arc segment cannot be used with the roller of straight segment.
3. Cleaning device.
3.1 No power vibrating wheel.The vibrating wheel is installed on the back side of the backstroke branch conveyor belt, and 6 small round rollers are uniformly welded on the circumference of the vibrating wheel. By the friction of the conveyor belt, the vibration wheel rotate, and the small round roll will be in the back of the wavy retaining belt vibration, the material stuck to the tape. when the moisture content of coal of conveying material is less than 10%, the cleaning effect is very good. But in the rainy season, when the water content of coal is up to 20%, the cleaning effect is very poor.
3.2 electric vibration device. It is composed of motor, pulley and vibrating roller. The vibrating roller is two long rollers, which can rotate and revolve around the middle axis. The electric motor drives the vibrating roller to turn through the belt pulley, and the two long rollers alternately vibrate the conveyor belt of corrugated sidewall belt conveyor to make the stuck material vibrate. The effect is good, even if the water content of the coal up to 15 %, the cohesive coal can be removal.
