• Linear vibrating screen

Linear vibrating screen has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable vibration parameters, stable movement, low energy consumption, high output, high screening and dehydration efficiency, fully closed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharging, more suitable for assembly line operations.
• resonance screen
Resonance screen is a kind of screen surface vibration frequency and screen surface (including loaded material) natural vibration frequency consistent vibrating screen, can effectively use the natural frequency of equipment, in close to the state of vibration work, so the consumption of power is very little. But the structure of the resonance sieve is more complex, adjustment trouble, high failure rate, many problems in the structural strength.
• fixed screen
The working part of the fixed screen is fixed, and the screening of the material depends on the material sliding along the working face under the action of the dead weight. Fixed lattice screen is used more in concentrator, mainly used for pre-screening before coarse crushing or medium crushing. For fixed screen structure is simple, convenient manufacturing, without powerconsume , it can directly discharge the ore to the screen surface, cost saving. But its productivityand screening efficiency are low.
Roller screen,
The working face of the roller screen is composed of a root rolling shaft arranged horizontally. There are plates on the shaft, and the fine grain material passes through the cracks between the rollers or plates. Bulk material is driven by a roller to move to one end and discharged from the end.
The screen shaft of the roller screen is arranged according to different working angles, and the speed is faster when the material is running at a higher working Angle. When the material is running at a low working Angle, the speed is gentle. Two kinds of materials running at different speeds to do axial movement when they meet at a certain position on the screen surface, so that the material is evenly distributed on the screen surface and the purpose of improving the screening efficiency is achieved. Roller screens are rarely used in concentrators.
Equal thickness screen
Equal thickness screening machine ,for its shape like a banana, is also known as the banana sieve. Its workin principle is based on the theory of the movement of the material group on the screen surface to develop a high-efficiency screening technology. The characteristic is that the thickness of the material layer on the screen surface remains the same or increases in the screening process regardless of the percentage of the particles in the feed which is less than the sieve hole. Therefore, the equal thickness screening method can be multiplied to improve the processing capacity of the screen machine.
Cylinder screen
The working part of the cylinder screen is divided into cylindrical and the whole screen rotates around the axis of the cylinder body, and the axis is generally installed into a small Angle of inclination. The material is fed from one end of the cylinder as the fine grade material passes through the sieve hole on the cylindrical working surface, and the coarse grain material is discharged from the other end of the cylinder. Cylinder sieve speed is very low. It works in stable and maintains good power balance. But the screen is easy to block, low screening efficiency, small working area, low productivity.
