2.The conveyor belt deviates in the transition section
The conveyor belt is deflected in the transition section and the rollers can be adjusted everywhere. At the idler of the roller, the conveyor belt is deflected to the other side, and the roller is moved at an angle to the running direction of the conveyor belt. The angle should be determined according to the running condition of the conveyor belt. Most of the parts with serious deviation of the conveyor belt appear on the return conveyor belt. Even if the conveyor belt on the bearing surface of the bearing surface is deflected, the return roller can be adjusted to eliminate the deviation.
3.Correction of conveyor belt twist
