a) Preparation before commissioning: 1. After the components of the trommel screen are installed, after the inspection is passed, the test run can be carried out. Before the test run, the components should be inspected in detail as shown in the drawings. The fasteners are secure and there are obstacles around the screen that hinder the operation of the trommel screen;
2. The rectangular access door is in the open position, and the sieve cylinder is rotated by hand to observe whether the comb-type cleaning mechanism has a card or friction phenomenon, and if so, it can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt;
3. Check that each bearing seat and gearbox should be well lubricated, and the oil level of the gearbox should be appropriate;
4. The power connector should be firm and reliable, with good insulation and correct grounding.
b) no-load test
1. Jog the motor control button to check that the motor steering should be consistent with the steering shown by the cage trommel screen;
2. Start the equipment operation for 4-6 hours, observe the operation of the trommel screen. If abnormal sound or other phenomena are found, stop the inspection in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
The following items should be checked during the test run for 4-6 hours:
① large shaft bearing temperature, the maximum temperature is required to not exceed 75 ° C, the temperature rise does not exceed 45 ° C.
②The tightening of the fastening bolts everywhere, and found that the looseness should be tightened in time.
c)feeding
1. When the screening machine is in a stable state of operation, start the feeding and discharging equipment, and carry out the feeding test;
2. Close the sealed isolation cover after normal discharge (the sealing isolation cover should always be in the closed position during normal operation);
3. Check the discharge particle size and whether there is any leakage or dusting;
4. After running for half an hour, carefully check each component and find out the problem in time.
5. During the working process of the trommel screen, the operation should be checked frequently. If the operation is not normal or there is abnormal noise, stop the inspection in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
