Besides, the bounce height and strength of the ball are not easy to control, and it is easy to cause damage to the screen. Therefore, ultrasonic vibration can be used instead of elastic ball to clean screen, that is, building a coalition with ultrasonic generator, ultrasound transducer and vibratory separator.
3. Adjusting the hammer Angle
Adjusting the hammer phase angle can change the motion track and standing time of the materials on the screen. When the phase angle is less than 15 degree, the standing time of powder on the screen is the shortest with low screening efficiency, and only apply to common screen; when the phase angle is 45 degree, the standing time of powder on the screen is the longest, and apply to subtle screen; and when the phase angle is greater than 45 degree, the motion track of powder move towards the center, and apply to special screen.
