In terms of its structure, the
vibratory separator is composed of screen cover, screen frame, motor (vibration source), vibration isolation spring, base and other parts. When in operation, its eccentric blocks with different phases at the upper and lower ends of the separator under the centrifugal effect of high-speed rotating generates composite inertial forces producing compound rotary vibration of which the vibrational trajectory is a complex 3D(three-dimensional) curve. The projection of the curve shows circle on a flat surface and oval on two vertical planes.
For users, it is a must to enjoy a good screening experience. Some technicists point out that users can improve the movement path of the materials on the screen surface by adjusting the relative position of the up and down heavy weights on the rotary vibrating screen so as to prolong or shorten the residence time of the material on the screen surface to achieve the ideal screening effect. Adjusting the attached weight block to meet different needs: you can see it by looking at the vibratory separator. The side of the upper and lower weights of the rotary vibrating screen (upper and lower eccentric block) is provided with an attached weight block which plays a role in increasing the vibration force of the screen machine. Users can increase or decrease the weight block according to the number of layers of the screen machine and the material so that the screen machine can screen better.
Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower heavy weights: The Angle of the upper weight of the vibratory separator is non-adjustable, therefore users need to open the adjusting hole of the bottom of the barrel and loosen the fixed bolt of the lower weight to adjust the phase angle of the upper and lower heavy weights to the opposite direction of the outlet of the vibratory separator according to the trajectory of materials. And then, put a little materials on the screen of the vibratory separator, switch on the machine and check the trajectory of the materials. When the processing parameters achieve good results, switch off the machine and tigthten the fixed bolt. After that the adjustment is completed (remember to tighten the retaining bolt).
Technicists recognized that by changing the phase angle of the upper and lower heavy weights, the trajectory and residence time of the materials on the screen can be changed. However, the
vibratory separator should be adjusted to a reasonable state in order to make the screen machine to adapt to the required separation state of various materials such as the distribution of materials, handling capacity, separation efficiency, network rate and other changes. Furthermore, what you need to pay attention to is that users sometimes donot succeed at once in adjusting the phase angle due to the proportion of materials, humidity, the inclination angles of stacking and other parameters therefore users had better to be patient to adjusting the device for its due performance.
