At present, in the conveying link of grain and feed processing,
trough chain conveyors often produce material residues and cross contamination, which are mainly caused by the following two reasons through analysis. First, the discharging of the conveying link is mainly controlled by the discharging mechanism arranged at the bottom of the groove of the trough chain conveyor. The roller acts as a guide and the gate opens and closes under the action of the driving device at work. Since the gate is supported by rollers in the middle of both sides of the gate base, when the gate is closed, there is a certain gap between the upper surface of the gate and the end face of the gate base, and the gap will form a storage space. When the discharging mechanism is set at the bottom of the groove of the trough chain conveyor, it is often easy to accumulate materials in the gap, which will cause mildew if not clean for a long time, even affecting the quality of materials seriously. Second, in the process of conveying, due to the lack of necessary cleaning device, the upper part of the chain often takes part of the material, and then this part of the material is taken to the storage behind, resulting in the cross infection of the material deterioration. Therefore, it often takes time to clean up in practical use, which affects the production efficiency of the whole production line.If the replacement of varieties, it also must be cleaned in time, otherwise it will cause material pollution.
Trough chain conveyors without material residues includes conveying trough, conveying chain, discharging port, unloading mechanism and cleaning mechanism. The discharging mechanism is arranged above the discharge port and below the conveying groove, including connection plate, gate, slide plate, unloading push rod and push rod support. The connection plate is arranged at the bottom of the conveying trough of the trough chain conveyor, the discharge port is set under the connection plate. The inner side of the connection plate is provided with a slide plate, and the two slide plates are provided with a slide between the bottom of the conveying groove and the discharge port. The gate is arranged in the slide, supported by the slide and can be moved in parallel in the slide. The upper surface of the gate is flush with the bottom of the conveying trough, and the lower surface of the gate is flush with the upper surface of the discharge port. When the gate is closed, the above gate is equivalent to the bottom of the conveying trough, so when the discharging mechanism is closed, there is no accumulation of materials, eliminating the possibility of accumulation. In order to realize trough chain conveyor no residue, to avoid cross contamination and material deterioration, the quality of material should be improved, and automatic operation should be easy to run .
Clearing mechanism is above the discharge mechanism, correspond to the position of the discharging port, including frame, cleaning push rod, connecting rod, rotation axis, the rotating arm and brush. The frame is arranged on the lateral surface of the side wall of the conveyor trough and is fixedly connected with the side wall of the conveyor trough. The side wall of the conveyor trough is provided with an open mouth. The rear end of the frame is provided with a cleaning push rod, and the front end is provided with a rotating axis. The lower side of the rotating arm is provided with a brush, which extends from the open mouth of the side wall into the inner cavity of the conveyor trough. The cleaning mechanism is normally closed, when it does not move, the rotating arm and brush are close to side wall of the conveyor trough. When the discharging mechanism is opened, the cleaning mechanism is opened synchronously. The cleaning mechanism is connected with the trough side wall of the
trough chain conveyor through the frame. One end of the cleaning push rod is connected with the frame and the other end is connected with the connecting rod, and using nylon brush to clean the material on the conveyor chain, so as to ensure that the conveyor chain will not take away the material, not occur cross contamination with the storage material behind.
