The selection of corrugated sidewall belt conveyor
The sidewall conveyor belt is the flexural member of the
corrugated sidewall belt conveyor, as a material support part and traction, it is composed of the base-band, corrugated sidewall, helical baffle and guide bar. On both sides of the base-band is installs the scalable and bending corrugated sidewall belt that mainly prevents the material leakage and reduces the efficiency of the conveyor belt. If ask helical baffle spacing is too small, there will be a part of the corncobs that can't fall into space effectively, and reduce productivity. According to the size of corncob, finally, we select the helical baffle with a 5400mm effective width. Determine the base-band width: the effective width of the inclined baffle has been determined as 540mm, plus the wave value of the corrugated sidewall and the guide bar of the conveyor belt. Finally, the width of the base-band is determined as 800mm. The heat vulcanization method is adopted for the connecting process of each component of the corrugated sidewall conveyor belt. The conveyor belt should also be in accordance with the length of the required joint with hot vulcanization method into a ring. According to the working environment, the sidewall conveyor belt should select cold-resistant.
The power of corrugated sidewall belt conveyor
The power of the conveyor motor is determined according to the comprehensive factors such as the operating power coefficient, additional power coefficient, full-load starting coefficient, conveying height and conveying efficiency. Depend on our practical experience, the following suitable motor power is obtained: the height of the conveyor is 0-5m, and the power of the motor is 5.5kw; The height of the conveyor is 6-8m, and the power of the motor is 7.5kw; The height of the conveyor is 9~ 11m, and the power of the motor is 11kW; The height of the conveyor is 12~ 14m, and the power of the motor is 15kW.
Operation
(1) rotating the conveyor pulley and all idler sets, they should rotate flexibly, no stagnation phenomenon. (2) First tension the corrugated sidewall conveyor belt by tension device to achieve preliminary adjustment consistent, wavy side band adjustment in the center of the rack, both sides do not contact with the side plate. (3) before operation, the electric pulley should be lubricated as required. Check whether the circuit connection is correct, check whether the rotation direction of the pulley is correct, live inching can be determined, the reversal must be adjusted. (4) the material should be uniform, continuous, stable, and avoid overload. (5) Avoid frequent starting and braking of the
