In particular, the internal space of the heavy apron feeder is small, and the manual can not enter the heavy apron feeder to lubricated dozens of internal support wheels and sprockets. If the lubricating oil needs to be filled, the heavy apron feeder must be shut down, and the oil injection by manual dry oil gun is time-consuming and laborious, and it is easy to cause grease pollution, which cannot guarantee the normal operation of the equipment and affects the production efficiency.
In order to solve the existing heavy apron feeder manual oil lubrication, time-consuming, laborious, and easy to cause grease pollution, need to stop refueling, affecting the production efficiency, the company developed a centralized dry oil lubrication heavy apron feeder.
Improvement of the existing heavy apron feeder, it has a frame, the two ends of the frame are respectively equipped with driving sprocket and driven sprocket, and the heavy plate chain is wrapped between the two wheels, and two rows of internal and external support wheel groups are installed on the upper surface of the frame to support the heavy plate chain, and two rows of supporting sprocket groups are installed at the lower part of the frame to support the heavy plate chain. The driving sprocket is equipped with a spindle connecting drive device, and the driven sprocket is equipped with a tensioning device at one end. The internal and external support wheel group and the sprocket support group have the same structure, including a left and right bracket, two brackets are installed with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is equipped with a roller assembly, and one end of the rotating shaft is provided with a central oil injection hole, the central oil injection hole is deep in the middle of the rotating shaft, and a radial oil injection hole is connected. Its characteristics are: equipped with a left and right two dry oil pumps, each dry oil pump through a number of main tubing are connected to the corresponding number of oil separator, each oil separator through a one-to-one branch tubing connected 3-5 sprocket group or the inner support of the heavy wheel group in the center of the shaft oil injection hole.
For the special structure of heavy duty apron feeder, the following improvements are made
1) Install two dry oil pumps on the heavy-duty apron feeder. The dry oil pump on the left side supplies oil to a row of internal supporting heavy wheels on the left side and a row of supporting sprocket wheels on the left side, while the dry oil pump on the right side supplies oil to a row of internal supporting heavy wheels on the right side and a row of supporting sprocket wheels on the right side.
2) The oil pipes are connected with the central oil filling hole of the rotating shaft through the flaring pipe joint.
Three: Heavy apron feeder dry oil lubrication working principle:
Start the motor power supply of the dry oil pump, the motor drives the dry oil pump to work, the grease is injected into the oil separator, the oil separator then distributes the grease to the bearings in the inner support wheel group and the sprocket group, so that the bearings are lubricated.
Add two sets of centralized dry oil lubrication devices on the existing heavy apron feeder, just start a button, within 2 to 3 minutes of the heavy apron feeder dozens of internal support heavy wheel groups and sprocket groups for oil lubrication, saving time, labor, safety and reliable, the most important thing is that the equipment can be filled with oil lubrication at any time.
