In recent years, according to the needs of some special occasions of the corrugated sidewall belt conveyor, there is a kind of motorized pulley between the separated type drive and the motorized pulley drive, with the reducer device inside the roller and the motor outside the roller, which has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, good sealing, easy to use, safe and reliable operation.
When the device is running normally, the motor directly drives the reducer inside the roller to drive the motorized pulley to rotate. The solution
1.The motor of motorized pulley is installed with fixed bearing. The shaft of the high-speed reducer of the reducer connected with the motor shaft not only bears the torque, but also bears the bending moment caused by the self-weight of the motor when a roller rotates. When the high-speed shaft of the reducer is different from that of the motor, will increase the connecting axial load, increase the bending moment on the shaft, and the long-term operation will cause shaft breakage and wear.
