Generally, the output of feeder breaker is certain, and the long-term operation will limit its output increase. When the feeder braker scraper conveyor is running, the material enters from the tail of the scraper conveyor, the mixture is evenly spread by the movement of the scraper, and the qualified materials in the mixture are pre-treated in advance. With the movement of the scraper, the remaining materials are sent to the roller screen and slit screen for the second step of treatment. Then the scraper will transport the bulk material into the single roll breaking to break the unqualified bulk material. After the single roll breaking, the material can be transferred to other equipment through the chute or directly unloaded. The invention can work under harsh environment, has large conveying capacity, and can screen qualified materials in advance to improve crushing efficiency. It can transport large materials of 1400~3000mm and carry out integrated operation of conveying, screening and crushing through single roll breaking and crushing, so as to facilitate installation and maintenance. It can be widely used in the transportation, screening and crushing system of large materials such as coal, gold, etc.

The limitation of double-toothed roll crusher is that the particle size of coal blocks is limited, and the output is not easy to guarantee. And the crushed material can only take vertical blanking, which puts forward new requirements for the fall of the crushing equipment and the lower transport equipment, and prevents the qualified material from being crushed by the second collision. At present, the method adopted is generally broken first and then reprinted to the designated place through the transfer equipment, and the use of space for the entire site is also very large. The future development of crushing will be multi-functional, large-scale, and quantitative development. The current crushing equipment is difficult to achieve multi-functional and quantitative integration of operations.
