2.The belt bucket elevator part of the installation process

The spacing L between the two groups of cushions shall be less than 500mm, and the placement of the cushion shall be symmetrical. The specifications and sizes of the gaskets shall meet the requirements specified in Appendix 5 of GB50231 General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering.

3.Lower installation of belt bucket elevator

(1) Install the intermediate guide wheel according to the installation drawing of the belt bucket elevator, and measure the deviation of the central axis of the intermediate guide wheel with the hoisting line method.
(2) The installation of an intermediate guide wheel should pay attention to the following:
A) The central axes of all intermediate guide wheels shall be parallel to each other and in the same vertical plane with the central axis of the lower rubber wheel on the bucket loader, with an allowable deviation of ±2mm.
B) The outer contour of all intermediate guide wheels shall be on the same lead vertical plane, with an allowable deviation of ±2mm.
4.Shell installation of belt bucket elevator
(1) structure composition: the belt bucket elevator shell is composed of many sections of the cuboid bolted with flange, the middle with sealing gasket.
2 Installation procedure
A) After the lower belt pulley of the bucket loader is installed, the shell of the bucket loader shall be piecewise assembled according to the specific characteristics of the bucket loader belt. In order to facilitate the installation of the belt and hopper, a section of the shell of the bucket loader close to the belt pulley at the lower part of the bucket loader, a section of the shell at the middle part of the bucket loader and the top cover of the unloading port of the bucket loader are generally reserved. The straightness of the casing of the belt bucket elevator is measured by the method of hoisting wire.
B) Installation of the intermediate support device of the bucket loader shell: Since the bucket loader shell is long and has a certain weight, some intermediate support devices must be installed to support the bucket loader shell. Install according to the installation drawing and installation requirements of the intermediate support device.
C) Casing of
belt bucket elevator:
Gasket should be used to seal the connection between the shell section and the section of the belt bucket elevator. The casing straightness of belt bucket elevator should be ≤H/1000 and ≤6mm.
5.Installation of tape and hopper
(1) Adhesive tape connection: the connection method of the adhesive tape has the bolt connection method and the glue method; the connection should meet the following requirements:
A) The two ends of the rubber cloth belt shall be cut into a step shape according to the corresponding cord cloth layer, and the length of the joint shall be 1-2 times of the width;
B) The material of the cement shall have the same elasticity as that of the tape;
C) The joint shall be firm and the added thickness of the joint shall not exceed 5% of the thickness of the adhesive tape;
D) Curing temperature, curing time and normal temperature bonding of adhesive tapes shall meet the requirements of equipment technical documents and adhesives;
E) When the rubber belt adopts bolt or glued joint, it shall lap along the running direction of the belt;
F) The adhesive tape needs pre-pulling, the pre-pulling force should be 1.5-2 times of the working force, and the pre-pulling duration should be 24 hours’) Please refer to the appendix of GB50270 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Continuous Conveying 6.Equipment Installation
The installation of the hopper: according to the belt bucket elevator manufacturer installation drawing and its instructions for installation of the hopper. The following matters should be noted when installing the hopper:
A) Installation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the manufacturer's installation drawing and instructions, and the location and quantity of the hopper shall not be changed at will;
B) Joint installation: the lap length shall span 3 hoppers, and the distance between the connecting bolt axis and the end of the belt shall not be less than 50mm.
7.Installation of accessories
(1) Accessories: adhesive tape
belt bucket elevator accessories have tensioning device, belt type backstop device and the external shell adjustment device, tensioning device is to control the distance between the belt pulley on the belt belt bucket elevator, to prevent the belt relaxation; The belt type backstop is to prevent the belt from reversing; The adjustment device of the outer shell is to adjust the straightness of the outer shell to prevent the outer shell from grinding the hopper and affecting the normal operation of the bucket loader.
(2) Install according to the installation drawing and installation instructions of each accessory device.
The installation of bucket lift units shall meet the following requirements:
The installation horizontal deviation of the spindle shall not be greater than 0.3/1000.

8.The adjustment of tensioning device should be flexible; After the traction parts are installed and adjusted, the unused stroke should not be less than 50% of the full stroke.
