Working Principle
A Heavy Duty apron feeder is a conveying machine with a chain as traction. The chain is installed with a bearing trough plate, and the drive shaft is equipped with a sprocket. When working, the power of the motor is connected to the hollow shaft of the drive shaft and the reducer through the locking disk to drive the sprocket shaft to rotate. Through the sprocket tooth and chain pin shaft meshing, the drag chainplate does the continuous linear movement to reach the purpose of conveying materials. The chainplate is supported by the supporting wheel and the supporting sprocket mounted on the rack, and the chain meshes correctly by adjusting the tension device.
