GZD
vibrating feeder is mainly composed of vibration frame, vibration motor, spring, support seat and wear-resistant lining. Due to the start of the vibration motor, the frame is forcedly vibrated on the support spring, and the material is powered by the vibration, and the sliding and throwing motion is performed on the trough, so that the material advances to achieve the feeding purpose.
ZSW type
vibrating feeder is mainly composed of vibration frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibration frame and motor. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts of a specific position and meshed by gears. When assembling, the two gears must be meshed by the mark, and driven by the motor to rotate the two eccentric shafts, thereby generating a huge synthetic linear exciting force. The body is forcedly vibrated on the support spring, and the material is powered by the vibration, and the sliding and throwing motion is performed on the trough, so that the material advances to achieve the feeding purpose. When the material passes through the sieve strip on the tank body, the smaller material can fall through the gap of the screen strip, and the screening effect can be achieved without going through the crushing process of the next lane.
The GZZ
vibrating feeder is arranged in front of the primary crushing equipment to remove the dirt and impurities in the material while controlling the bulk material continuously, and to control the feeding amount to match the subsequent crushing and processing capacity of the screening production line. It is an essential equipment in the complete set of production lines, with strong structure, impact resistance and wear resistance.
GZG series
