At the same time, the square hole of the crusher tooth roll is also easy to wear, and the replacement is more frequent, which delays production, increases the cost of coal preparation, and also increases the labor intensity of maintenance workers. In response to the above shortcomings, the drive shaft and the driven shaft of mineral sizers were changed from a square shaft to a round shaft: The tooth roller machining the inner hole into a round hole on the basis of the original square inner hole, and machining a keyway with a width of 32mm on the circular shaft and the circular inner hole respectively, through which the shaft and the tooth roller are connected. The service life of the drive shaft, driven shaft and tooth roller of the crusher is extended greatly after the transformation.
After the transformation, the drive shaft and the driven shaft of the crusher are simpler and less difficult than the square shaft before the transformation. The price of the front and rear drive shaft and driven shaft can be reduced accordingly; crusher's tooth roller transformation is carried out on the basis of the previous square hole tooth roller, before the transformation of those square hole wear, but the tooth can still be used scrap tooth roller, has been reasonable use, after statistical reuse of the tooth roller saving funds 90,000 yuan.
