Precautions for line vibrating screen before operation and after shutdown

Check before Operation
1. The screen mesh of the linear vibrating screen should not be damaged or blocked, and it should be pressed on the structural frame.
2. Check if the amount of oil in the vibrator reaches the specified oil level and whether the vent hole is ventilated.
3. Check the bolts to ensure tightness, especially the bolts that fix the vibrators. The damping spring must be intact.
4. Turn the vibrator by hand or other methods, the rotation should be flexible, no jamming phenomenon.
5. Check if there are any accumulated materials on the screen surface to prevent start-up difficulties.
Start-Up
1. Press the start button of the linear vibrating screen before starting the motor.
2. The material can be fed after the vibrator is running smoothly.
After Shutdown
1.When the operation of linear vibrating screen is stopped, the motor shall be stopped after all materials on the screen are discharged.
2.Check the equipment after stopping the machine, and do the maintenance of the linear vibrating screen.
Precautions during Linear Vibrating Screen Operation:
1. When running the machine, the feeding must be uniform and distributed over the entire screen surface. If there is too much material accumulating the screen mesh, it should be immediately stopping the feeding and be quickly and effectively handling the accumulation.
2. Pay attention to whether there is noise or swing phenomenon in the linear vibrating screen, when the linear vibrating screen is shaking, it should be checked whether the elasticity of the four support springs is consistent or broken.
3. Always observe whether the screen mesh is loose or not, and whether there is any leakage of material due to the wear of the screen. If these conditions occur, the maintenance personnel should be notified to deal with them.
4. In normal operation, the bearing temperature should generally not exceed 75℃. If the temperature continues to rise, it should check the standard of oil level and its purity.
