1.Raw material
The worker who responsible for the checking cannot strictly checking the raw material according to the standard. There are big stone, scrap iron and steel and other dirt mixed into it. 2.About the equipment
During the process of the production, the worker cannot check the equipment carefully and have no the sense of responsibility.
