Preparation before operation of vibratory separator
1.Receive the production order and prepare the material;
2.Make sure there is no foreign body in the vibrator separator;
3.Check whether the water, electricity and material pipelines of the vibrator separator are connected to prevent leakage and wrong connection;
4.Remove irrelevant materials and non-production-related items from the production site;
5.Open the movable door before operation to check that there is no foreign body in the inner cavity;
6.Examine whether the contact parts of equipment and materials meet the corresponding cleanliness requirements. If not, clean and dry again;
7.Ensure the mesh diameter of each layer conforms to the process requirements and the mesh is in good condition without damage;
8.Affirm that the screen is installed properly without wrinkles and that the bundle rings of each group are locked;
9.Verify the equipment dust removal facilities are good.

The operation procedures
1.First, vibratory separator carry out no-load test and operation once, to see whether there are abnormal phenomena and sound. When the stop resonance, observe whether the screen machine jump off the spring;
2.Check whether the vibrator separator is running smoothly, and pay attention to the temperature of the vibration motor, the temperature must not exceed 70;
3.Press the switch button to open the equipment and start feeding. During operation, the feeding should be uniform so that the materials are distributed on the screen surface. In case of material deviation, please adjust the excitation force of the feeding point support device or the spring vibrating motor;
4.The motor should be checked frequently during operation. The temperature of the exciter bearing is no different from that of the audiometer sieve. If abnormal conditions are found, the machine should be stopped for treatment;
5.Observe the vibration of the sieve and see if the amplitude is within the specified range;
6.When the screen machine stops, it should stop feeding, wait until all the materials on the screen surface are clean, and then stop;
7.After work, press the switch button to turn off the power;
8.Clean the site and equipment after unloading.
The maintenance
1.In production, it is forbidden to place irrelevant items on the vibratory separator, so as not to affect the screening effect;
2.Check the vibration of the housing, check the bolts in each part, and deal with the looseness in time;
3.Operators should always pay attention to the running sound of the vibrator separator during production;
4.Operators and maintenance workers should use the means of seeing, touching and listening to check the equipment, look at the appearance, touch the temperature rise and listen to the sound, judge whether the equipment is running normally, any hidden trouble should be reported in time;
5.After each shift, please clean up the residue inside the vibrator separator and keep the machine clean;
6.Check the screen net every shift and replace it timely if it breaks, so as to avoid metal scrap falling into the material;
7.Check the grounding wire between the electric control cabinet and the main engine every month to ensure the grounding is good without leakage;
8.Check the motor connection quarterly to keep it in a tight state at all times;
9.Check and oil motor bearings annually;
10.Check the terminal of the motor terminal box for firmness every year.
