dry-mix mortar production lines to meet the needs of the market.
1. An annual production capacity of 20,000-50,000 tons of simple
dry-mix mortar production line.
The equipment is suitable for the production of a single dry-mixed mortar. The
dry mix mortar production line investment is 150,000-220,000 dollars. It is generally equipped with 6-8 raw material silos, which can be installed in a standard workshop of 7.5m height.
2. Annual production of 2-5 tons of special
dry mix mortar production line.
This set of equipment is suitable for special dry-mixed mortar with various types of raw products. The investment of equipment is 300,000-440,000 US dollars, and 9 raw material silos are arranged. Customers can also decide whether to add dry screening equipment based on local raw material resources.
3. Annual production of 300,000-300,000 tons of ordinary
dry-mix mortar production line
The equipment is suitable for the production of ordinary dry-mixed mortar. The equipment investment is 450,000-740,000 US dollars. It is generally equipped with 6 raw material silos and complete dry screening equipment. The customer can also determine the number of raw material silos and the expansion of the equipment.
In addition, in the
dry-mix mortar production line design, for the screw feeding equipment, measuring equipment and automation control, we guarantee the accuracy of the batching measurement from the following three aspects.
a. Feeding equipment adopts the form of large and small screw conveyors. The large screw conveyor mainly plays the role of fast feeding, and the small screw conveyor is equipped with variable frequency motor, which mainly plays the role of accurately adjusting the feeding amount.
b. The material with large proportion and relatively large bulk density is metered by a hopper scale, and the admixture with small ratio and relatively small capacity is metered by small hopper scale to ensure the accuracy of the batching.
c. Uniform feeding of the silo has a close relationship with the precision of the batching. The cone part of the silo is designed to be large enough to prevent arching of the material and ensure smooth feeding.
