1. TD belt bucket elevator belt sliding fault analysis and treatment
(1) The
belt bucket elevator USES the friction moment between the hopper belt and the driving shaft of the head wheel to lift and transport materials. The insufficient tension in the hopper belt will cause the hopper belt to slip.At this time, should stop immediately, adjust the tensioning device to tighten the hopper belt.If the tensioning device cannot make the hopper belt fully tensioned, the stroke of the tensioning device is too short and should be readjusted.
The correct solution is: unscrew the hopper belt connector, make the tensioning device on the bottom wheel adjust to the highest position, put the hopper belt in by the head of the hoist, pass through the head wheel and bottom wheel, and connect the end to the end, so that the belt bucket elevator hopper belt is in the state of tensioning but not tensioning.Then the tensioning device is fully tensioned.At this time, the unused tensioning stroke of the adjusting screw of the tensioning device should not be less than 50% of the full stroke.
(2) When the hoist is overloaded, the resistance moment increases, causing the
belt bucket elevator hopper belt to slip.At this time should reduce the amount of material feeding, and strive to feed evenly.If the skidding cannot be improved after reducing the feeding amount, it may be because the material in the machine is piling up too much or the hopper is stuck by the tutor, so the machine should be stopped for inspection and troubleshooting.
(3) The inner surface of the driving shaft of the
belt bucket elevator head wheel and the hopper belt is too smooth than that of the smooth pulley. As a result, the friction between the two is reduced and the hopper belt slips.At this point, the inside surface of the drive shaft and hopper belt can be coated with a layer of glue to increase friction.
(4) The
belt bucket elevator head wheel and bottom wheel bearings do not rotate properly, which increases the resistance moment and causes the hopper belt to slip.At this time can be removed, washed and refueled or replaced bearings.
2. Analysis and treatment of belt deviation failure of TD belt bucket elevator
(1) Improper installation of the driving shafts of the head wheel and the bottom wheel is mainly reflected in the following aspects: First, the driving shafts of the head wheel and the bottom wheel are in the same vertical plane and not parallel;The other is that the two shafts are installed in the horizontal position and not in the same vertical plane.Third, the two shafts are parallel, in the same vertical plane and not horizontal.At this time, the hopper belt deviates, easy to cause the impact of the hopper and barrel, hopper belt tear.Stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting.The transmission shaft of the head wheel and bottom wheel should be installed in the same vertical plane and in the
belt bucket elevator horizontal position. The vertical deviation of the center line of the whole machine should not exceed 2mm on the height of 1000mm, and the accumulated deviation should not exceed 8mm.
(2) Hopper belt joint out of alignment Does not mean that the edge line of the hopper belt is not on the same straight line after the hopper belt is combined.When working, the hopper belt is tight and loose at the same time, which makes the belt move sideways to the tight side, resulting in deviation, resulting in insufficient hopper feeding, incomplete discharge, increased return, decreased productivity, and in serious cases, resulting in the belt clamping and tearing.At this time should stop, modify the joint and connect well.
