1.The new layout.
1.1The moving type is to set the large-inclination corrugated sidewall belt conveyor on the movable car. Generally the specification is small, convenient and quick to move, mainly used in bulk grain storage and transportation system.
1.2The double belt type is when the corrugated sidewall belt conveyor is arranged vertically, an ordinary plane belt conveyor is pressed to the outside of the bearing material in the vertical section to run synchronously. It is used to seal the vertical section of the corrugated sidewall conveyor belt to increase the conveying quantity and avoid the falling of materials.
1.3The tail feed-back type is to set a feed-back conveyor below the horizontal section of the tail of the corrugated sidewall belt conveyor to transfer a small amount of materials scattered from the tail back to the main machine.
1.4The head and tail return material type is based on the tail return material type. A return material conveyor is added below the horizontal section of the head of the corrugated sidewall belt conveyor to transport a small amount of materials scattered from the head back to the head funnel of the main engine.
1.5The machine has large inclination angle and short length.Compared with the ordinary corrugated sidewall belt conveyor, the number of idlers, the length of the conveyor belt and material can be greatly reduced, that is, greatly reduced roller resistance and conveyor belt and material consumption of power.Therefore, the machine can reduce energy consumption.

2.Shortcomings.
The service life of the corrugated sidewall belt is shorter than that of the plain rubber belt. The undulating retaining rubber belt is generally bonded into a full circle in the rubber belt factory, leaving the factory. It is inconvenient to lift it on site. So the hoisting equipment and installation space shall be fully considered in the design. The conveyance of this machine is equipped with wave-shaped shield and diaphragm, forming a series of box-type containers, in which materials are hard to overflow and will not be scattered in the process of linear conveyance. However, it is possible to sprinkle a small amount of material in the upward turning of the horizontal section of the tail, and there are gaps between the guide groove and the corrugated sidewall of the tape, so it is easy to sprinkle a small amount of material, and there will be a small amount of falling material under the head sweeper. Therefore the design should fully consider the material and material return device to light labor intensity
Techno-economic comparison. Compared with the ordinary belt conveyor, the equipment price of the large-inclination corrugated sidewall belt conveyor can be saved by 20%, the equipment floor area can be saved by 90%, the steel structure corridor price can be saved by 70%, the floor area of the corridor can be saved by 90%, and the total price of the equipment and corridor can be saved by 62%. By analogy, if we calculate the cost of one thousand large inclination corrugated sidewall belt conveyor that have been used in the country, lots of money, people, energy raw materials and valuable land has been saved.
It is expected that in the next 10 years, the large inclination corrugated sidewall belt conveyor will have a leap and qualitative development, to complete the development of large-scale, high-speed equipment and serialization, standardization, batch work, developing a variety of related products. The domestic large inclination corrugated sidewall belt conveyor will be more widely used and developed at home and abroad.
