When the dry mix mortar is used in the buildings, highways, bridges and other construction sites, where is a high-altitude operation. The slurry mixer will be placed on the ground to add the materials, so the dry mix mortar mixed by the slurry mixer needed to be loaded into the transfer device, then transported into the designated construction site. However, if the transferred dry mix mortar has not been used in time, it will concrete partly with the air. While in most instances, the concrete mortar will be thrown away, and causing the wasting of resources. Besides, it’s dangerous to discard the mortar in the high-altitude operations.
Therefore, we design an anti-coagulation system for the
dry mix mortar plant to prevent the concretion. It consists of a cylinder with sealing bottom, two paralleled mounting plates, locking block, mix slurry rod. In the internal structure, the locking block lies in the center of the cylinder and connects to the two mounting plates. In the meantime, there exists an interval between the mounting plates, in which a circular hole of the locking block will be directly facing, wherein the width of the interval will be greater than the bore diameter of the circular hole. Besides, both ends of the mounting plates will be fixed on the top of the cylinder wall; To the mix slurry rod, it will pass through the circular hole of locking block and the interval of mounting plates, until its lower end contacts to the cylinder bottom. Also, there will be a spacing ring that locates underneath of the locking block, set on the rod forming an interference fit, what’s more, the outer diameter of the spacing ring is greater than the bore diameter of the circular hole in the locking block. In this structure, the function of the spacing ring is to prevent the mix slurry rod from falling off the cylinder during the process of transport. Also, there is a discharge pipe connecting to inside of the cylinder wall, its function is for the convenience of discharging dry mix mortar, when no need to discharge the mortar in the cylinder, just need insert the opening of the discharge chute with a stopper to keep the leakage away.
Compared with the existing technology, there are obvious changes for the
dry mix mortar plant, because of the easy transportation and simple structure: cylinder, mounting plate, locking block, and mix slurry rod. The just mixed mortar could load into the cylinder, and achieve the second mixing by rotating the slurry rod, it will not also prevent the concretion of the mortar, but also it can mix the mortar more uniform. Thus, the waste of mortar and discarded concreted mortar can be prevented and ensure high-altitude operation security. In addition, the upper of the cylinder has not been sealed so as to check the stored mortar condition.
