The working of the Vibratory Separator effectively mimics the human manual action and process . Its unique design cleverly combines sieve (flat circular motion) and winnow (upward parabolic motion). The materials in the equipment roll horizontally and three-dimensionally in the shape of a toss , evenly dispersed from the center to the outer edge and propagates axially in a spiral motion. When the Vibratory Separator is working, the space cubic curve of motor driven separator is projected as a circle on the plane while the projection on both vertical surfaces are elliptical. By adjusting the eccentric block of the motor, the movement tracking of the material on the screen surface can be changed, so that the screen body can produce horizontal and vertical compound vibration, so as to achieve the purpose of screening. The materials are fed in the middle of the machine, and the movement distance of the materials on the screen are basically the same so as to ensure the accurate screening process. The radial angle and tangential angle of the vibratory separator make the materials move in an involute way on the screen. Such design enables the materials to travel a relatively long way over a small area, with longer holding time of the material on the screen is than that of other types of screens. The accuracy and yield of screening can be adjusted by the radial and tangential angles.
2. The structure and function of the vibratory separator is mainly composed of screen cover, screen frame, motor (vibration source), rubber spring, base and etc.

The screen cover is composed of a feed port and a inclined cone. The lower end of it is connected with the screen frame. The screen cover and the screen frame are connected by a clamp ring, and there is a gasket between the screen cover and the screen frame.

The screen frame is rolled by steel plate. The upper and lower ends of the screen frame are provided with a undertake ring, and the lower end of the internal flange ring is used to fix the screen mesh and the screen cleaning system.

The vibration source is composed of a motor and a motor bracket.

The rubber spring mainly restricts the rotation of the screen machine with the moving shaft.

The base is the basis of the screen machine. The main driving shaft of the screen machine is fixed on the pyramid chassis of the screen machine through the bearing above.
