The automatic lubricating device of the chain is placed under the chain bucket, when the center line of the U rabbet bracket is consistent with the running direction of the chain, the lateral movement operation platform will move driven by the pneumatic control system and connects freely with bearing pins of the chain. And it will move forward a distance of a chain pitch driven by the chain, which has completed the cleaning cyclical process of bearing pin of the chain.
At work, the chain is often in contact with mineral powder and water, and to ensure and prolong the service life of the chain, the bearing pin must be lubricated regularly. The purpose of refueling is not only for lubrication, but also to squeeze the contaminated old oil out of the pin to reduce grind. Therefore, the shorter the interval of refueling, the cleaner the grease inside the pin and the longer the service life of the chain. Generally, the lubrication of the chain bearing pin of belt bucket elevator is done by manual cleaning on the surface of the chain and refueling. It will take at least three hours for two skilled operators to finish. Because of the long time of refueling operation, it is difficult to ensure that all the contaminated old oil of the chain bearing pin out of the bearing pin. It is visible that the disadvantages of lubrication are high strength, low efficiency and poor quality.

The operation procedure of the automatic lubricating device of the chain of belt bucket elevator
1.Pushing the chain automatic lubrication device into the working position;
2.Adjusting the horizontal adjustment seat of the chain automatic lubrication device;
3.Adjust the automatic lubrication device of the chain to the same distance from both sides of the chain through the rubber universal walking wheel;
4.Adjusting the horizontal position of the longitudinal shift slide way to ensure that the longitudinal movement operation platform is consistent with the running center line of the chain;
5.Pushing the longitudinal and lateral movement operation platforms by hand to simulate the refueling action and verify the working position;
6.Starting the chain;
7.Starting the air compressor power supply of the chain automatic lubrication device, and starting to clean the dirt on the chain with high-pressure gas;
8.Starting the working power supply of the chain automatic lubricating oil pump and starting the automatic refueling;
9.moving the lateral operation platform to the front of the chain bearing pin quickly;
10.After confirming that the longitudinal positioning block is in place and the longitudinal movement platform moves, the oil gun move and expand horizontally and rapidly, aiming with the oil nozzle on the bearing pin of the chain wheel and moving and refueling with the chain;
11.After completion of refueling, moving the operation platform horizontally and the refueling gun back quickly, and backing the longitudinal shift operating platform to the starting position quickly.
