This paper will analyze and study mine scraper conveyor from the Angle of external dynamic load. The first is the source and characteristics of external dynamic load. In the mine production site, there are two main sources of external dynamic load, one is the vibration and impact of the material itself, and the other is the vibration and impact of the environment around the conveyor, which is characterized by the constant change in the size and direction of the load. Secondly, the structure and working principle of mine scraper conveyor are introduced, and the key parts and structure of the load are analyzed. For different structures and key parts, the deformation and stress changes under load are analyzed respectively to evaluate the load capacity. On the basis of analysis, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the work of mine scraper conveyor. The first is to improve the design, the use of reasonable structure and materials, enhance its load capacity. The second is to optimize the environment around the conveyor, take shock absorption measures to reduce the impact of external load on the conveyor. Finally, it is to strengthen site management, improve the operation skills and maintenance level of the staff, and ensure the normal operation and maintenance of the conveyor during operation.
