1.In the four types of conveyor covers, the fixed cover and the open cover are made of galvanized corrugated steel sheet or color coated steel sheet. Generally, 9 fixed covers and 1 open cover are set in every 10 cover positions. What’s more, the two kinds of covers can be arranged alternately. During installation, the open type cover is installed on the two adjacent stationary covers, and the overlapping length is one wave interval or two wave intervals. Note that the hinged side of the open cover is placed on the non-passing side of the belt conveyor, while the locked side is placed on the passing side.
2.What the frame of the fixed conveyor cover is Angle steel or z-shaped steel, the length of which is equal to the conveyor cover’s length. Weld the Angle steel or Z type steel to both sides channel or small Angle steel. If you need to install the support Angle steel, weld the support Angle on both sides of the frame, and then weld the connecting Angle or Z shape steel on the support Angle.

Using tapping screw to fix the conveyor cover on the Angle steel or z-shaped steel, each piece shall have no less than 4 fixed points.
5.Each 10 pieces can also be installed 1 piece of observation type conveyor cover, it is convenient for maintenance and view.
6.The knuckle point cover is only used at the knuckle folding point of the convex arc section of the belt conveyor, while the belt sway switch cover is specially designed to cover the belt sway switch. Both are covered by fixed cover.
