1.Adjust the position of idlers accordingly.
When adjusting the belt conveyor, the mounting holes on both sides of the idler support can be processed into long holes. In this way, it is convenient to adjust the position of the idler set through the long holes when the rack is offset to avoid the belt conveyor's deviation.The specific method is: the belt to which side slant, that side of the roller forward, or the other side to the back.
