The working principle
The bucket of Z type bucket elevator picks up the material from the lower storage, as the chain is lifted to the top, bypassing the top wheel and then turning down, the bucket elevator pours the material into the discharging equipment. The chain drive bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel drive chains with a pair of drive sprockets on the upper or lower side, and a pair of reversing sprockets on the bottom or the top. Also Z type Bucket elevators are generally equipped with elevator housing plates to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator.

3.Bucket: The buckets overlap to each other, ensure the continuous conveying and conveying material not leakage to the inside of device, the material of buckets is usually the high quality of HDPE, Nylon or Urethane, and the service life is very long.
